International conferences produce and require myriad documents including announcements, calls for papers, pre-registration materials, travel booking documents, the program itself, abstracts, speakers’ bios, etc. We can start to help you months or even years before your conference begins – with the translation of such documents.
Before your conference begins we can assist with the scheduling and coordination of all your translation needs. Some of the speakers will send pre-translated documents for your use. Often they have been translated by in-house translators that normally translate from English into their own language. We will happily review those translations, compare them to the original and edit them so that both the attendees and the conference interpreters can properly understand them. We can also translate registration materials and signage for use on site.
During the conference, we can provide standby translators to translate any announcements, press releases, or communiqués. This is a profession separate from conference interpreting – conference translation.
